Software Technical Writer

Job Description
We are looking for a sharp Sr. Software Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our software products and services.
Work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to write programmer’s guides, API references, administrator guides, and other technical material for our software products.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven experience
- Write and proofread technical content for User Guides in coordination with Developers
- Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
- Must have excellent English language skills, both verbal and written including excellent Technical writing skills
- Highly proficient in English with excellent presentation, grammatical and editorial skills
- Able to communicate with internal team/foreign clients/stakeholders via phone, Zoom, emails, Skype or any means of communication as needed
- Must possess skills to make interactive tutorials/instruction manuals
- Must be able to produce quality technical design specification as well as software requirement specifications including writing of API documentation
- Familiarity with all the relevant tools required for documentations like Ms Visio
- Create Project Requirement documents in coordination with PM and PO during the requirement analysis phase
- Create and maintain the information architecture
