Location: Karachi

Job Summary: 

  • Ownership of the credit and investment portfolio of NBFIs.
  • Lead a team of RMs, SRMS, and RAs focused on NBFIs. 
  • Analyze credit proposals by evaluating the financials of the company, understanding repayment capability, security adequacy, and industry position. Conducts detailed financial analysis of the obligor.
  • Ensures credit facilities are properly structured and no violation of internal or external (SBP) regulations/policies. 
  • Regularly calling on existing clients to ensure smooth operations of availed services and pitching of new transactions.
  • Liaison with internal stakeholders including branch banking, CAD, Risk Management (RMG), legal, and any other business units that require engagement in onboarding, operations, maintenance of relationships, and disbursement of facilities. 
  • Identification and solicitation of new NBFC Clients with retention of existing ones. The role requires extensive marketing and credit management efforts.
  • Lead business unit in making the correct decisions for approval of facilities
  • Prior experience in dealing with NBFIs is desirable. 

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized institution. Candidates having cleared CFA Level III, or charter holders will be preferred.

Age: Upto 55 Years as of Nov 18, 2022.

Experience: Minimum 09 Years of Banking/FI Experience. Preference will be given to candidates having 12 years of Banking or Financial institution experience.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude 
  • Availability to travel as needed
